Leadership Student Need

One of my leadership mentors John .C. Maxwell says that everything rises and falls on leadership. I believe our students deserve better and stronger leadership in their union. This leadership style I have adopted over the years is that of collaboration, and facilitation. This means I don't always seek not be seen or praised; I prefer to collaborate with others and give them the opportunity to thrive and make their own contributions.

This is the kind of leadership that is increasingly in high demand in our world of today. Our students deserve only the best (leadership) and that is what I have to offer.
