Student Enhancement Volunteerism Award

Some of you might have noticed my picture in the arts tunnel (facing the entrance from the food court). About a year ago I was awarded with the Vera Pezer student enhancement volunteerism. I definately did not expect to get this award; however, I was glad my selfless volunteer projects bon campus was recognised by the union.

I selflessly served the student body without expecting anything in return. As president of the union I will only continue what I have always been doing (selflessly serving students interests) only this time on a larger scale. This is why I am a good candidate for this position because I believe the essence of leadership is service and I believe "my selfless service is the rent i pay for living on this planet".
